This beautiful house is a typical Majorcan town house which is about 200 years old. The finca has a living area of approx. 210 qm and comes with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a dining room, an ample living room and a large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The finca is decorated in a special Majorcan and English country style and most of the furniture is of the 19th century but with modern touches. The finca, furthermore has TV, music equipment, and a beautiful terrace covered by grape plants. Naturally, the finca has an outside pool surrounded by grass and a sun terrace. Near the pool there is a covered terrace to enjoy outdoor dinners. From the pool area and the barbeque area you have a spectacular view of Selva and Santa Magdalena, especially at night with all the little lights. In this town house you have the comfort of living in a town but the peace and space of a finca.

The town house is located in the idyllic village of Selva near the town square and the church, right in front of the 'Sierra de Tramuntana' mountain range. The situation of the finca, inside the village, means that you can find a small supermarket, a baker and other small shops within walking distance. You have also some typical Majorcan restaurants and bars nearby. The house is the ideal starting point for car excursions or long walks discovering the surroundings of Selva and the mountains. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 30 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida.
