Sehr geräumiges, exzellent ausgestattetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenige Meter zum Etang, Hafen und Altstadt kann auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Gruissan selber ist sowohl für einen Familien- als auch einen Aktivurlaub (surfen, schwimmen, radeln) bestens geeignet.
