Summer and winter accommodation, sports facilities, pool, tennis, hiking, cycling, near beach. For quiet, relaxing holidays, child-friendly, golf resort with spa 15 min. away. Sa Rápita is in the south east of Majorca, right on the wonderful sandy beach of Es Trenc. This unique beach is 7 km long and completely a nature reserve, just right for walking and relaxing. Even in winter months you can take long walks to enjoy the healthy sea air. This house was built in 1999 with all comforts on 120 m² ground surface: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms/WC, living /dining room, kitchen, 1 balcony, 2 terraces, small garden, communal pool, tennis court. Other amenities: heating, complete kitchen with oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Satellite TV, radio/CD player. Cot & high chair free of charge, stone grill in garden, sand pit.

Sa Rapita is in the south-east of Majorca on the famous sandy beach of Es Trenc. This stretches over 7 km and is bordered by a huge listed pine hedge. From Sa Rapitas yachting harbour you can go for extensive walks along the beach or simply sunbathe instead. The town has 1 pharmacy, 1 bank, 1 baker and 2 little supermarkets. On the coast road there are also several good restaurants, including the well-known fish restaurant C'an Pep. The nearest town Campos is 10 km away. There are large supermarkets here with all your daily needs. Campos has twice weekly a market for fresh fruit and veg. and a flea market on Saturdays. Lluccmayor is approx. 18 km away, with a 5 star hotel and the Son Antem golf resort where even external visitors can play golf and visit the spa. Palma is approx. 30 km away and lovely to stroll around.

ich wiederhole mich gerne noch mal, sehr empfehlenswert,
man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und auf dem Tisch
des Hauses steht ein handschriftlicher Willkommensgruss
nebst einer flasche Wein mit Gläsern.
Die Ausstattung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung
und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Foto vom Wohnzimmer ist nicht mehr ganz aktuell
aber im positiven Sinne.Im Schlafzimmer (unten) hängt
sogar ein Monet (Sommerblüten bei Vetheuil) leider
nur ein Kunstdruck aber immerhin. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Abstellplatz für das unbedingt nötige Kfz.
Die Küche ist bis auf eine entbehrliche Mikrowelle kompl. ausgestattet und verfuegt über genuegent Arbeitsfläche!
Zum Pool sind es nur wenige Meter allerdings jetzt noch
zu kalt.Zum Meer sind es etwa 30min. zu Fuss dort
findet man auch einige Restaurants.Der naechste Supermarkt befindet ich in Campos ca. 10min. mit dem Auto direkt neben einer Tankstelle.
Im Wohnzimmerschrank ist ausreichend Literatur ueber
Mallorca vorhanden ebenso Spiele und genuegend
Bellistrik falls es mal Regnet.
Die Terasse (hinten raus) ist nach Sueden ausgerichtet und dort laesst sich trefflich am Abend bei untergehender Sonne sitzen.
Ich denke des Lobes ist es nun genug
wir koennen dieses Domizil mit ruhigem Gewissen
weiterempfehlen.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Danke für die gute Empfehlung, da macht das Vermieten Spass. Nur ein kleiner Kommentar: der nächste Supermarkt (wenn auch klein), sowie Bank, Apotheke und Bäcker sind im Ort Sa Rápita, also nur 2 Autominuten. Zum Sandstrand braucht man 30 Min. zu Fuss. Aber mit dem Auto sind es nur 3 Min.
