This former embassy residence is in 2400 m² of well-maintained garden on a hill with view of mountains, lake and sea (from DT). The nearest beaches are 1.5 km away; the centre of Carvoeiro is just as near. This property with lovely furnishings has a large living/dining and a library with wonderful view. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, another bedroom with bathroom and large viewing terrace on the first floor. The spacious ground surface is 260 m²! From the kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, dining room etc.) you have access to the inner courtyard and whirlpool. The utility house is adjacent. Surrounded by flowers in the garden there is a large pool (with shallow and deep areas), a sun-bathing area and palms. Terraces, a pavilion and gorgeous garden seating offer undisturbed relaxation.

Carvoeiro has reason to be one of the most popular Algarve resorts. This property is approx. 1.5 km above the town (Praia do Carvoeiro) on a hill. There are scattered villas around so they won’t hurt your eyes. Several lovely beaches are only a few minutes away. This cosy town with no tall buildings has lots of good restaurants and bars and all kinds of shops including a fish and vegetable market. Numerous very good golf courses and tennis courts nearby. Lots of attractions such as touring ancient towns (e.g. Silves) nature parks, the varied coastal region with different kinds of beaches and excellent shops unique in Europe.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Included services: 3 times per week house cleaning. Gardener, pool and whirlpool maintenance, towels and bed linen. Support of German, English and Portuguese speaking house manager. Final cleaning is also included in price. Price is for a booking of up to 4 persons. Each additional person costs a further 150 Euro per week (small children are free). Use of the large whirlpool (4 persons) after one week. Including fresh water and heating we add 55 Euro per week in summer season and 75 Euro in autumn-winter season, as we have a solar energy facility for heating water.
