The air conditioned holiday apartment is optimal for 2-3 people and offers a kitchen with a dishwasher, German and Italian coffee machine, fridge and freezer, washing machine (on the back terrace), a beautiful, large front terrace with plants, furniture and blinds. Rooms: 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed and 1 sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1.80x2.00m), 1 bathroom with shower/WC/bidet. A parking space belonging to the apartment. The terrace faces the east and is located 100 m above the fishing village of Sant Alessio Siculo and below Forza d'Agro with a view up to the Calabrian coast. 8 km away you will find the famous Taormina with its Greek-Roman theater and Italy's first shopping street. ideally located for excursions and for a relaxing holiday. Coming from the apartment you can reach the beach and the city with all of its shopping facilities and restaurants in a 10-15 minute walk. The famous cit of Taormina is only 5 km away and the location of the apartment is ideal for a relaxed holiday or also for excursions in the nature, to Ätna, the Alcantara gorges, the Liparian Islands and a lot more.

Coming from the parking space you can reach the apartment over the stairs, thus, it is not ideal for wheelchairs and those who cannot walk well.
