We are letting our groundfloor apartment on the very first beachline. The property offers south-west orientation with all day sunlight even during the winter months. The bright covered terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun. Enjoy panoramic pool- and seaviews from your terrace and private garden. Just few steps beside is the main community pool with direct access to the beach. The spacious living room offers comfortable lounge area with fireplace, 2 large sofas and a separate dining area to seat up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible extras. The master bedroom offers a double bed with seaviews and en-suite-bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and en-suite shower room. The community offers 4 pools in total (2 heated) and direct access to the beach with 2 excellent beachbars in walking distance. The property is very spacious and bright, offering tastefully furnishings in a peaceful and luxury environment for relaxing holidays all year long.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienanlage in Anlehnung an den Stil maurischer Paläste, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, toller Garten, schöne Pools, Strandnähe und Aussicht aufs Meer fabelhaft.

Diese wunderschöne Wohnung inmitten einer traumhaften Anlage ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir sind im Internet auf diese Wohnung aufmerksam geworden, und haben uns spontan für einen längeren Aufenthalt eingemietet. Das war eine super Entscheidung, da die Beschreibung der Wohnung als auch der Anlage genau dem entsprachen, was wir vorgefunden haben: Ein kleines Stück Paradies!
Das einzige, was man wirklich wissen muss, ist dass man zu Fuß dort fast nichts erreichen kann. Ein Auto ist also unerlässlich. Aber auch für dieses ist in der Tiefgarage gut gesorgt. Wenn man also direkt am Meer wohnen, einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Grünanlage haben will, so ist man hier genau richtig.
Von der Anlage bzw. von diesem Standort aus, kann man sehr gut Ausflüge ins Umland unternehmen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sabinillas (die nächste Ortschaft) und Estepona (nur 10 km) sind sehr gut und man findet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Über sonstige Freizeitmöglichkeiten können wir nicht viel erzählen, da wir im Winter dort waren.
Wenn es mal ein Problem gibt, kann man den Vermieter immer ansprechen, der auch bei uns immer umgehend und freundlich reagiert hat. Auch die Vorab-Informationen waren sehr gut und ausführlich, so dass man sich sehr schnell in der Umgebung orientieren und zurechtfinden konnte.
Also vielen Dank nochmals an den Vermieter - und allen anderen einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch war in der Wohnung alles sehr harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Ich würde diese gepflegte Ferienanlage und die Wohnung immer weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt irgendwann wiederkommen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und vom Vermieter bekamen wir im Vorfeld reichlich Infos über die Gegend, Restaurants und eine sehr genaue Anfahrtbeschreibung. Auf jeden Fall sollte man sich dort ein Auto mieten um die schöne Gegend erkunden zu können. Ich wünsche allen nachfolgenden Mietern einen erholsamen Urlaub.
