You will live in a tastefully furnished 2 room terraced house (4 people) on the edge of Puerto de la Cruz on the north coast of Tenerife in an completely peaceful location near the sea. Here you will enjoy the balanced climate, the lush vegetation and the stunning location of the Orotavatal. This beautiful terraced house is built on two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.. 2 terraces, with view of the tide and the Atlantic with a grill, dining and living room with German SAT-TV and guest WC. On the first floor there is the main bedroom with a built-in cabinet, a complete bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with a single bed. One floor higher is the sun terrace with 2 loungers and a few steps from the house is a swimming pool. On the lower floor there is a washing machine with an ironing room and the garage.

It is wonderful to go walking, swimming or if you would like to enjoy a drink on the El Charco square. Tenerife offers a lot of attractions and a spectacular volcanic landscape with black sand. Puerto de la Cruz enjoys a worldwide reputation due to the year-round mild spring climate and its unusually charming landscape. The variety of floors and plants amazes visitors again and again. The mild balanced climate allows for swimming in the Atlantic throughout the year. During the winter you can experience the snow covered and towering Pico de Teide (highest mountain in Spain, 3717 meters above sea level), while you can swim in the Atlantic or the swimming pool. The popular seawater swimming pools 'San Telmo' guarantee an ideal swimming and amusement holiday. Also the Loro Parque and the botanical garden are worth a visit
