If you value relaxation and individuality, then Sunset Villa in a tiny estate of 13 houses is the perfect place for you and your family. The villa is located between the idyllic fishing village of Gümüslük and the picturesque harbour towns of Yalikavak and Turgutreis, approx. 10 mins away by car. The modern, well-equipped kitchen means you can cook for yourself- shops can be reached on foot – and by arrangement we can offer a shopping service and individual catering in the best local tradition in your own kitchen. At the present time this villa is being exclusively furnished and will be available in 2009. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on two floors. The kitchen and spacious living room have access to the terrace which features a wonderful view of the sea, the Greek islands and your own pool.

Yalikavak is a picturesque fishing village that retains its peace and Turkish ambience – surrounded by one of the best landscapes that Turkey has to. The relaxed atmosphere and the lovely climate – even in high summer – make it a perfect holiday resort for anyone who wants to know Turkey better. The little fishing harbour has lots of restaurants. The lovely village square with its many coffee houses and cobbled streets where you can go shopping or just stroll around is a favourite meeting point. There are lots of great beaches and bays with wonderful clear blue water and not too many people. You’ll love to go and look at the luxurious yacht harbour. The absolutely idyllic countryside and the vicinity of lively Bodrum will create an unforgettable holiday.
