Are you dreaming of holiday in paradise? Then come to the sunny island of Marco Island in the Gulfview Club. You will live on a 4 km long white beach on the Gulf of Mexico in the center of the island. Our 100m2 apartment is located on the 8th floor on the south-facing side of the building. They have 2 bedrooms with DB (king size), 2 bathrooms with bath/shower + WC, living room with balcony and view of the sea. Three TV+DVD, telephone with AB. Kitchen completely equipped with electric devices including a dishwasher. All rooms are air conditioned. Usage of the swimming pool, tennis court + fitness room are included, also usage of the washing machine + dryer. Covered garage area. Your dream holiday will begin upon your arrival. Marco Island is connected to the mainland through 2 bridges and offers you everything nearby: sailing, boating, fishing, parasailing, wave runners, shopping, restaurants of all types, entertainment, wildlife, more than 50 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Eine perfekt ausgestattete, niveauvolle Wohnung, in der keine Annehmlichkeiten für die 4 Bewohner fehlten. Bereits zur Ankunft fanden wir gut gekühltes Bier und eine entsprechend temperierte Flasche Rotwein zum genießen und einstimmen vor.
Die Zimmer waren in einem sehr persönlichen und gemütlichen Zustand eingerichtet. Das beste in der Wohnung war jedoch der Platz an der Stirnseite des Esstisches. Von dort bot sich ein unbeschreiblicher Blick über den großzügigen Strand hin zum Golf von Mexiko. Einzigartig.
Wir haben während unserer Ausflüge in die Umgebung keinen schöneren Strand gefunden, als den am Appartementhaus.
Sehr hilfreich waren uns die Hinweise und Tipps unserer Vermieter für die nahgelegenen Ausflugsziel.
Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

sehr gute ausgangslage um diesen teil von florida zu besichtigen. das appartement ist perfekt eingeteilt und hat einen guten komfort und zudem durch die beiden schlafzimmeer auch gut fuer urlaub mit kindern geeignet. traumstrand und pool vor der tuere. es gibt gepflegte tennisplaetze. das vermieterehepaar spricht deutsch und ist sympatisch und sehr hilfsbereit. marco island, liebe vermieter, wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung.Durch den direkten Strandzugang ideal zu nutzen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und konnten herrliche Stunden verbringen. Sagenhafter Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Ein gepflegtes Haus empfing uns und bis zum "gefüllten " Kühlschrank haben wir alles ausgiebig geniessen können. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. 4 Personen haben in den beiden schönen Schlafzimmern ausreichend Platz und schon kann der Urlaub beginnen.
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten "Winter!"
