We offer twelve apartments for rent in Barcelona city centre; two of the apartments are located directly on La Rambla, the most famous street of the city; 9 flats are located close by in our house in Pasaje del Reloj (just 1 min. walk to La Rambla) and one is located at La Rambla / Carrer de la Portaferrissa. This sunny 110 qm flat is located in our house in the Passage del Reloj, in the middle of the old town. From the 85m2 roof terrace you can enjoy a unique view over the roof tops and all the way down to the sea. The metro station 'Drassanes' is only 2 minutes walk away from the entrance. The flat facilities include: Intercom, air-conditioning, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine) and a table for 6, a spacious living/dining room with sofa, TV, stereo, external balconies, 2 bedrooms (on request we can supply a travel cot for small children) a bathroom plus WC and an extra WC. On your arrival you will find clean bed linen and towels for each person

    3 persons / per night: Euro 130,- (£ 118,-) / Euro 140,- (£ 127,-)
    4 persons / per night: Euro 150,- (£ 136,-) / Euro 160,- (£ 145,-)
    All prices are indicated in euros (Pound Sterling prices based on exchange rate quoted on january 2009) and including all taxes, bedding, towels and cleaning after departure. All prices impling a minimum stay of 3 nights - visits of just 2 nights will incur a cleaning charge of 35,- (£ 32,-). There is no charge for children under the age of 4. Children between the ages of 4 and 14 are charged with 20,- (£ 18,-) per night.
  • Payment Conditions:
    To make a reservation we require deposit payment to be made of 20% of the total within 7 working days to our company account. On notification of your bank transfer, we will send your confirmation by e-mail our indicating the outstanding balance payable arrival here in Barcelona. The outstanding balance (80%) is paid in cash (in EUROS) on your arrival at the apartment when you recieve the keys. Payments of deposits to confirm reservations are made in EUROS and may be made either:

    * By the IBAN/SWIFT inter-bank transfer facility to the company account.
    * By Credit Card using the company PayPal facility. (Please note a commission of 5% is charged by PayPal to use this facility.)
  • Specail discounts from 1st of September until 4rd of October and 2nd of November untol 21st of December 2009:
    20% of 4-6 Nights, 30% of 7 and more Nights


    Application of discounts:
    A 10% discount applies to last minute bookings (a booking made 7 days or less before a planned arrival date) and to bookings of 4 to 6 nights, 20% discount to bookings of 7 nights or more up to a maximum of 14 nights. Bookings of more than 14 nights are dealt with on an individual basis consequently please contact us for the price quotation.

This is the second time we stayed here.

Friendly staff, the flats are always comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything needed and shops and transport were just around the corner. We would like to say thanks again to all the staff there because you did make our stay at Barcelona really enjoyable.

We will def go back next year!

Ich wollte mich nur noch einmal für die Unterkunft bedanken.

Wir haben die Zeit in Barcelona sehr genossen, und waren über alle Massen von der Wohnung und vor allen Dingen der Lage derselben, begeistert und natürlich auch vom reibungslosen Ablauf der Angelegenheit.

Die Anreise hat gut geklappt. Flug, und Navigation zu La Rambla / Plaza del Teatre war kein Problem. Man hat uns auch sofort abgeholt und ins Apartment gebracht. Die Wohnung liegt ja sehr zentral und es gibt eine gute Verkehrsanbindung - noch besser kann man nicht wohnen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich ok.

Wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter und denken auch selbst schon über unseren nächsten Barcelona-Trip nach.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden,die Wohnung ist einfach super gewesen, die Dachterrasse klasse.Die Treppen waren ein bißchen viel, mit dem Einkauf.Man kann alles sehr gut erreichen,Einkauf,Strand,Sehenwürdigkeiten mit der Tram, einfach ideal.Wir haben eine gute Wegbeschreibung bekommen.wurden vor Ort super nett empfangen und mit guten Ratschlägen versorgt: Herzlichen Dank
