Large and lovely apartment with fantastic view over the beach (50 metres away). Recently renovated and decorated. Internet wireless access. Free parking place for residents. Ideal for families and couples searching for romantic holidays. Located on a hill in front of Son Matias beach. Recently refurnished and decorated. It has one master bedroom with ensuite shower room and two double bedrooms with twin beds. Also there is a family bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have sea view. Very nice and fully fitted kichen. Sunny terrace with unforgettable views overlooking the beach and the bay of Palma Nova as well as the bay of Palma. The balcony is accesible from both the main living area and the master room. The living is large and furnished with sofa , two arm-chairs and low table as well as satellite TV. Besides, there is a dinning table for 8 people.

Only 14 km from Palma it is linked by a motorway and provides an important range of complementary restaurants and leisure areas. Its promenade, along the extensive beach, is perfect for relaxing or for enjoying a pleasant stroll between the lines of trees, green spaces and the boulevards looking out over the sea. The beach at Palmanova has been awarded the Q for Quality' in recognition of the services which it offers tourists. It is the only beach on the Balearic coast which has received said distinction.

Our holiday in this luxury apartment

Our stay in April was an unforgettable experience. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, is spotlessly clean,
very comfortable and has the most fantasic panoramic views. It is extremely large and well equipped with a lovely new kitchen. It is only 3 minutes to two supermarkets, bars restaurants and beaches. The pictures and description given were excellent. We had a brilliant holiday, it would be suitable for couples or a family. Our teenage son loved it. Our communications via email with the owners were accurate and timely. When we met the owners they were delightful. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Brilliant location for walking, we would recommend a trip around the bay in the glass bottomed boat. Buses are
excellent, Palma is a must. Two restaurants we would
suggest are very good : The Blue Bar and the Viceroy
which is directly opposite the apartment. We will hopefully be returning soon.

Die Wohnung besticht mit einem wahnsinnig tollen Ausblick und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Ein großer Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. An der Strandpromenade findet man viele Restaurants und Pubs. Ein Mietwagen ist nicht nötig, aber zu empfehlen, um sich die tolle Insel anzusehen.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt so gut gefallen, dass wir in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Wäre es möglich gewesen, wären wir noch länger geblieben, denn das Apartement mit Aussicht, Zustand und Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist neu und es fehlt an nichts (außer einem Toaster, der aber sofort angeschafft werden soll).
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, aufgeschlossen, zuverlässig und spricht fließend deutsch.
Wie angegeben, verfügt das Appartement u.a. über einen Fernseher, leider ohne Satelliten-/Kabel Anschluss. Es war (nur) Deutsche Welle und Arte zu empfangen.
Es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe vorhanden.
Wir können die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir würden immer wieder kommen

Das toll ausgestattete Appartement ist in ca. 20 Minuten vom Flughafen erreichbar. Bei Ankunft vor Ort (möglich wäre auch direkt am Flughafen gewesen) erwarteten uns die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Sie gaben uns einen Überblick über ihre Wohnung und waren für alle Fragen sehr offen. Während der Planung der Reise standen sie jederzeit telefonisch für offene Fragen zur Verfügung.
Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen traumhaften Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Der Strand ist kurzläufig über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen. Es gibt aber auch einen angeschlossenen Weg mit nur ein paar Stufen, also auch mit Kinderwagen gut machbar. Wir waren mit einem zweieinhalbjährigen Jungen dort, der sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Es gibt einen Spielplatz vor dem Haus und auch sonst ist der Ort für Kinder gut, da es viele Spielplätze gibt. Der Strand ist für Kinder ideal. Die Strandpromenade lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Uns hat es ingesamt sehr gut gefallen.

Toller Familienurlaub

Nach sehr freundlichem Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern, erwartete uns ein wunderschönes Apartement mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer. Die kurze Anreise vom Flughafen war für uns mit unseren zwei Kindern ideal, ebenso der praktische Fahrstuhl und die kurzen Wege im Ort. Die Wohnung überstieg alle unsere Erwartungen. Alles ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, geräumig und frisch renoviert. Lange Abende haben wir auf dem Balkon verbracht, da wir uns vom schönen Ausblick nicht losreißen konnten. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig ausgestattet und in der Küche ist es eine Freude zu kochen- es fehlt an nichts.
Für die Kinder liegt der Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür, so auch der saubere, breite Sandstrand. Eine lange Promenade lädt zu Spaziergängen direkt am Wasser ein und es gibt unzählige Cafe´s und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.Uns hat es in der Nebensaison Anfang Oktober sehr gut gefallen.Im nächsten Jahr werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen und dann auch die Großeltern mit auf die Reise nehmen.Selten haben wir eine so schöne Ferienwohnung gesehen!
