High quality Mediterranean furnishing and with a lot of comfort, the Son Bellvedere finca is located only a 2 minute drive from Sineu and can be reached comfortably in a peaceful location without traffic noise. There are three bedrooms, a reading room with a sleeper-sofa and three bathrooms available - space for altogether 8 people. The facilities, including the entrance area, kitchen,dining room with living area and German SAT TV are spacious, tastefully and comfortably furnished and on one level. The outdoor area has a large pool with Roman stairs, 220 m² lawn, a covered outdoor kitchen with a large grill, shade and sun patios and an automatic entrance gate invites you to enjoy the Majorcan sun. An ideal oasis and base for pure relaxation and due to the nearby city center and the central location, it is also perfect for excursions throughout the whole island.

Sineu is located in the geographic center of Majorca and is thus the ideal starting point for travelers that want to discover the entire island. The village offers a variety of restaurants and bars with local and international cuisine, cultural attractions, countless shopping facilities, a bike racing track and a public pool with tennis courts and a 24 hour hospital station and petrol station. One of the largest and most beautiful weekly markets on the island occurs here every Wednesday. The closest beach in the Bay of Alcudia is only a 20 minute drive away, Palma can be reached in 30 minutes. However, you can also leave you car and take a train to Palma, Inca, Manacor or Soller.

  • The house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in the back area of the house and share a bathroom. A bedroom is located separately with its own bathroom. In the anteroom, the reading room, you will find a sleeper sofa. This area can be separated with curtains and together with the bedroom and the bathroom, it forms a private area. Another bathroom is located in the annex to the living-dining area. We would be happy to provide a crib free of charge. Please request this directly.

Great country retreat

My family spent a nice 10 days at this lovely home in July 2009. This traditional remodeled farmhouse is located just a few minutes from Sineu, near the center of Mallorca and is set along a beautiful country road with farms around.

The home is peacefully set around beautiful gardens and fields with tastefully done furnishings, the best of appliances, home equipment and outdoor equipment including a barbecuing area. The swimming pool is filled with natural spring water, quite large but is only one depth and doesn’t have an area for kids. The lawn is nicely maintained and things are well looked after.

It’s really 3 bedrooms with a spare room attached and has a curtain to separate it for privacy but they are nice in size and well furnished. The 3 bathrooms are nice, clean, large and conveniently located as one is accessible from the pool.

Please note that if it’s your first time to Mallorca the flow of planes and noise associated with it can be annoying but you become accustomed to it. I would completely recommend staying here and plan to come back again soon!
