Javea, on the Costa Blanca between the capes of San Antonio and de la Nao, in a protected location, has long beaches with fine sand, natural bays with crystal clear water, tiny hidden beaches, steep cliffs, high mountains and the never-ending beauty of the sea. If you love nature or water you’ll be in your element. Varied landscape and a mild climate all year for extended walks and sports. The town has three districts: the old town (Pueblo), the harbour (Aduanas) and the sandy beach (El Arenal). Lots of restaurants with Mediterranean specialities and traditional „tapas“. Night-life in the popular Arenal promenade. You’ll never be bored in this happy Spanish town. The towns of Alicante and Valencia and their shops are only an hour away. Valencia is the venue of Formula 1 and the America Cup.

Das Haus hat ein sehr komfortables und geschmackvolles Ambiente, sehr gepflegt und sauber mit einem wunderbaren Pool und einem mediteranen Garten in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend. Die Bilder im Online-Inserat sprechen für sich, wie auch die vor Ort Betreuung. Durch ein ausreichendes Freizeitangebot wie Tennis, Golfen, Boot fahren, Biken, Jetskiing etc., einem großen Wasser- und Vergnügungspark in der Nähe und natürlich diversen Shoppingmöglichkeiten scheint einem der Urlaub viel zu kurz. Der Strand und das Meer sind sehr sauber und zum Baden herrlich. Man findet in Javea eine internationale Küche, sehr guten frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte in jedem Lokal am Hafen oder an der Strandpromenade und, wenn man die deutsche Küche vermisst, dann ist das Lokal "La Plaza No.6" zu empfehlen.
