Inviting, cosy chalet with beautiful Mediterranean garden. Multiple terraces, also covered, invite you to unwind. Through the spacious roof terrace you can enjoy the sun the whole day (or also the shade) under a pine tree in a hammock. The chalet is completely and comfortably furnished. All amenities are available for a relaxing holiday. Along with a/c (warm / cold), electric heated flooring, DVD, window, stereo system, etc.. Romantic effective lighting of the outdoor areas invites you to have cosy and sociable evenings. From the roof deck you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area, of the sea and into the mountains. You can enjoy breakfast with the sunrise on the covered terrace.

Our inviting cosy chalet is located on a quiet side street in the beautiful urban city of Cala Llombards, far from mass tourism. Here you can experience the sweet life under the southern sun. Moments of rest and relaxation can be found in the wonderful bay of Cala Llombards with its rock formations, which is only about a 7 minute walk away. Through television reports, photo collections and newspaper reports, this bay and the Cala S'Almunia have received wonderful popularity and are still real secret tips.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem herrlichen Chalet und hatten wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub am schönsten Küstenabschnitt Mallorcas. Wer Ruhe & Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Ort und die Finca sind etwas für Urlauber, die nicht den typischen Urlaubsrummel suchen, sonder das ursprüngliche Mallorca lieben und kennen lernen möchten. Casa-Catalina ist ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit kompletter Ausstattung. Das gesamte Haus ist neu renoviert, ausgestattet und im mallorquinischen Stil gehalten. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf den herrlichen Terrassen frühstücken und abends auf der Dachterrasse den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen befindet sich in der Nähe.

Die Umgebung:
Die traumhafte Badebucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Santany ist ein hübsches kleines Städtchen mit einem schönen Wochenmarkt Mittwochs und Samstags. Dort als auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Restaurants mit ausgesprochen leckerer Küche. Cala Figuera liegt auch nicht weit entfernt, wenn man das Flair eines Fischerdörfchens sucht. In Cala Figuera unbedingt das Restaurant „Pura Vida“ besuchen. Es hat eine traumhafte Kulisse und exelentes Essen.
Ich komme schon wieder ins Schwärmen und freue mich auf das nächste Mal. Wir werden bestimmt noch oft wiederkommen.
