Wir waren vom 05.09. bis 08.09.2009 in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung, eingebettet in den unmittelbaren Randbereich des Tiergartens, fussläufig das Gefühl in Parkanlagen zu wohnen, kein Vergleich zu den 4 bis 5 Sterne Hotels Berlins 1 Zimmer gegen 135 qm Parkanlage mit exclusiver Wohnung und .. Blumen hat man uns in den Hotels nicht hingestellt; Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend hat sogar die Schlüsselübergabe unseren Flugzeiten angepasst .. wir kommen wieder.. danke

letztmalig Hotel Concorde im Juli für 1ne Woche,
diese Wohnung zu zweit gegen ein Zimmer im angeblich führenden 5 Sterne Hotel in Berlin ist ein Muss für jeden Berlinbesucher; die Räumlichkeiten , die Lage , die exclusive
Ausstattung, ein Traum.... auf 135 qm ... wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und Komfort, läßt von der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, optimale Verkehrsanbindung, 10 bis 15 Min. zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Zoo, direkt im Grünen am Tiergarten, wunderbar zum spazieren gehen und entspannen und trotzdem zentral. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber und hat dadurch das sehr positive Gesamtbild stark beeinträchtigt.
Owner's Response: Nach der Beschwerde eines Gastes erfolgte eine komplette Grundreinigung. Für Allergiker ist die Wohnung, gerade im Frühjahr und Sommer, durch ihre Lage in Höhe der Baumkronen auf einem Parkähnlichen Grundstück, nur bedingt geeignet.
