Both houses are in tranquil location with lovely scenic view. For 10 persons seeking a property with a beautiful new pool. Shopping and good food in Camaiore (30.000 inhabitants) approx. 1 km away. Approx. 12 km to the famous beaches of Versilia. This house was restored with fine attention to detail. The location is not overlooked. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at your disposal. Both kitchens are fully equipped and include integrated dining and living areas. Both have satellite TV and fireplace. The pool is in use from 15.05 till 20.09. A bargain for families.

This property is near the lovely small town of Camaiore (30.000 inhabitants) in a tranquil setting. You can get to the centre on foot. Camaiore has a lively Old Town, nice restaurants and shops. Well-known beaches Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, and art towns, Pisa und Lucca are all 20 to 30 minutes away. Beautiful walkways in the Garfagnana with waterfalls and dripstone caves. Florence, the Chianti District, S. Gimignano, Siena, Cinque Tierre and Portofino are 1 or 2 hours away. Versilia's climate depands on the sea temperature, mild in winter and pleasant, not too hot in summer. Lots of varied trips available. The surrounding little towns offer culinary and cultural treasures. The villages of Peralla, Pedona and Montebello are good places to start.
