The cottage was completely renovated in 2008. It has 100 sq m of living space, ideal for 4 people plus a small child. From the main entrance you will find the first bedroom on the right side with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) night tables and cabinet. You can relax in the nearby 'Roman bath' with romantic lighting and music where there is a whirlpool, a shower, sink and WC. A hair dryer is also available. In the very spacious and well-furnished living-kitchen + dining area in the middle of the house you can receive German satellite programs, HiFi and with the ADSL connection, you can surf the internet. Left of the living room you will find the second bedroom with the separate entrance to the garden-pool area. This room is also lovely furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), night table, built-in cabinet + davenport. In the nearby bathroom you will find a luxury massage shower cubicle, WC + vanity mirror.

The exclusive cottage 'Marquesa' belongs to our 'top object' and fulfills the desires of the most demanding guests and is part of the Finca Belmonte on a property of 20,000 sq m. Directly by the sea/steep coast underneath the village of Buen Paso vor Icod, in the middle of vegetable-fruit + wine farmers. In addition to a stunning view of the coast, you can enjoy the stunning mountain panorama with a height of 3,717m - there is nothing more beautiful than our nearby area. Unwind with the stunning sky, sunrises, while swimming in the pool + sunbathing next to the waterfall. THe secluded cottage Marquesa has a lovely garden with palms, blooming bushes, plants, cacti and a pool that is heated in the winter with a solar shower. Multiple patios for sun bathing, a grill corner and the sea. The Finca Marquesa offers all comfort and service that makes the hearts of pampered holiday guests beat faster. Nach dem netten Empfang unserer Hausherren haben wir uns in der Finca sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben eine erholsame Woche dort verbracht.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünscht und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen sicher wieder und freuen uns, wenn der Pool dann beheizbar ist.
Bei Fragen und kleineren Problemen wurde uns gleich von den Hausherren geholfen und trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre respektiert. Die Restaurant- und Ausflugsvorschläge, die im Haus auflagen, waren uns sehr behilflich.
Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Ruhige und erholsame Ferien

Durch die gepflegte Anlage und das sauber gehaltene Haus fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu Hause. Auch der herzliche Empfang durch die Gastgeber hat uns sehr gefreut. Bei kleinen Problemen war Ana Maria immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden nicht, sondern wir werden dieses Feriendomizil sicher unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen. Eine Fahrt auf den Teide, oder der Besuch im Loro Park ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf luxuriöser Finca

Wir haben Ende November, Anfang Dezember sehr schöne Tage auf der exklusiven Finca Marquesa verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und luxuriös eingerichtet – alles tiptop - und wirklich traumhaft gelegen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer und den Teide. Der tolle Garten mit Pool und die ruhige Lage sind ideal, um zu entspannen und vom Alltag abzuschalten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier zu zweit verbracht, das Haus ist aber auch ideal geeignet für zwei Paare oder für Urlaub mit Kindern. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall sinnvoll und Puerto de la Cruz, weitere schöne Orte und auch Wandergebiete sind schnell erreicht.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich betreut durch Ana Maria und kommen gerne wieder!
