The apartment has a large dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is walled in a Tuscan style and equipped with all modern kitchen devices. From the cozy living room with an open fireplace you can get to the private part of the garden through a large glass door where you will find a dining table, garden chairs and lawn chairs. In the bordering garden used by the other 2 apartments you will find more chairs and a BBQ. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped in a luxurious style, one bathroom with a whirlpool tub. From the large bedroom you can get to another secluded private patio. The pool is located somewhat outside of the garden. From here you will have a fantastic view of the sea.

The villa is located in the hilly landscape 300 m above the city of Camaiorein with a stunning panorama view of the mountains and the sea. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located nearby in the city of Montemagno and can be reached by foot. From the sea to Viareggio with its fine sand beaches is only 12 km. Lucca, one of the most enchanting antique cities in Italy, is located only 20 km away and invites you to go shopping - it is especially romantic during the time before Christmas. In Pietrasante, art guests will find galleries, marble factories and bronze workshops. For golfers, there is a golf club in Forte dei Marmi, about 25 km from your holiday apartment, another one in Montecatini. In 2 hours you can get with a car to a ski region in the Apuanian alps. 1300 m above Abetone, from December to March, you will find 50 km of snowy and sunny slopes of all levels of difficulty.
