This unusual apartment was designed for management coaching by Jürgen Schäfer with other exclusive guests. Unique location: Direct access to beach and golf course. Wonderful view from 2 large terraces on 4th floor. Front view of Indian Ocean to Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain and the Holland Mountains of the Hottentots. Rear view of Helderberg golf course and the Wine Road. The apartment is elegantly furnished. The 140 sq.m. living room with high quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped. It includes German TV. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Each terrace is 40 sq.m.
