The villa is a traditional Majorcan finca . The private swimming pool measures 11x5 metres with depths varying from 1,20-1,9 metres and is surrounded by a pretty Mediterranean garden. The house itself is full of character with many original featches. The hause have 3 doublerooms ( 1 with doublebed, 1 with 2 singlebed and 1 with 1 singelbed) , 2 bathrooms, kichen-livingroom, Sat/TV,. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kitchen table and chairs and a cosy fireplace in the corner.

The finca is located between Pollensa and Campanet, near the mountains. Pollenca is a small, historical artists’ town with a medieval center and excellent restaurants, an exclusive golf course, art galleries and classical music festivals in July and August. Everything is only 9 km away from the finca. The beautiful bays and sand beaches in northern Majorca have crystal clear waters. Playa de Formentor, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Port d´Alcudia and Playa de Muro can be reached within only 15-20 minutes by car. The Tramuntana Mountains directly in front of your house invite you to dream-like, wild-romantic trips and hiking tours to the Lluch Monastery, Torrente del Pareis, Soller, Deia and Valldemosa. The traditional weekly markets in Pollenca, Alcudia, Sa Pobla or Sineu invite you to walk and shop.
