Caimari holiday house: Caimari

The villa is a traditional Majorcan finca dating from the 19th century within walking distance of the picturesque mountain village Caimari. From the porch with barbecue area and sunny terrace you can admire unspoilt views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The private swimming pool measures 8x5 metres with depths varying from 1,40-2,10 metres and is surrounded by a pretty Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and a good stretch of lawn. The house itself is full of character with many original features and traditional thick stone walls and cool tiled floors. From the large entrance a huge stone arch leads you through to the dining/living area with patio doors leading onto the terrace and gardens. There is a traditional wood fired chimney and Sat/TV, comfortable sofas and a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen table and chairs and a cosy fireplace in the corner. In the villa you can use the Internet DSL.
