In our cosy holiday house in a peaceful, sunny, open and central location in Lutzerath in the volcanic Eifel you will find lovely furnished 3+4 star holiday apartments with a beautiful balcony. Furthermore, our guests also have a laundry room with a dryer. Spend entertaining hours on our beautiful communal terrace with a cuddle beach basket or in our fitness rooms. Play table tennis, billiards, foosball or train on the trim devices. The sun always shines into the professional solarium with 3 face tanners. the owners were so welcoming and friendly - nothing seemed too much trouble, and although the landlord couldn't speak english, if we needed to ask him something he phoned his daughter who spoke very good english and she was very helpful. The apartment had everything you needed and was very comfortable. it was nice to have a balcony overlooking fields at the back. the games room was a hit with our 15 year old son who enjoyed the table tennis,pool table and table football that were free to use and all in very good condition and well looked after. the terrace was a beautiful and relaxing place to sit in the afternoon/evening with a cup of tea or glass of wine with a view of the village church steeple. the village had everything you needed - a couple of supermarkets, butchers, bakers, bank, petrol station, kebab/pizza takeaway and a restaurant/bar a couple of minutes walk away. we found it hard to find the apartments when we first arrived and because not many locals spoke english it was hard to ask/understand directions but it is just past the tourist information centre turning left into the entrance of hotel maars.

you need a car to explore the area. we went to polvermar (a swimming lake), cochem that took about 20 minutes, the thermal springs in bad bertrich, burg eltz which is a beautiful fairytale castle and worth the walk which is about 30 minutes downhill from the car park but hard going on return! it is beautiful along the mosel river with grape vines growing in every place possible.

we were pleased we picked these apartments to stay in and thought they were good value and we felt quite at home and would love to return sometime soon.
