The 'Casa Bernadette' is a real country house on a large private property. The house has two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and a sink and a practical outside bathroom with a shower, WC and sink. In the large living room there is a cozy corner for sitting by the open fireplace and a dining area with 8 seats. The kitchen is complete: built-in cabinets, cooking range, oven and refrigerator. The most beautiful dining area is definitely on the large covered patio behind the house. From here you will have a stunning view into the green, absolutely unobstructed surroundings. Your own pine forest in the expansive garden of the Casa Bernadette offers stunning shaded areas for afternoon parties. The tennis court located behind the house can be used by you alone at any time. A large walled grill underneath the back patio invites you to eat. The house has air conditioning, open fireplace and central heating.

Casa Bernadette is located in a completely peaceful, rural area on the edge of the small swimming resort of Campomarino. With a bike you can get to the beautiful natural beaches on the Ionic Sea in just a few minutes. The house has a private tennis court and nearby there is also a horseback riding farm. The shops and restaurants in Maruggio and Campomarino are about 3 km away. All around the house you will only see fields, meadows and forests - an ideal location for rest and relaxation. Nearby Campomarino is a lively, but never intrusive resort during the summer months of July/August with almost only Italian holiday guests. During the shoulder seasons, only a few shops and restaurants are open in Campomarino. However, the main resort of Maruggio is 'open' year round. In this lovely Apulian small city with friendly and helpful people, you will find everything you need during all seasons.

During cooler nights, the crackling fireplace fire creates an especially cozy atmosphere. In the nearby dining corner, there is enough space for 8 people. The kitchen offers everything that you need in order to take care of a hungry family: 5 flame stove range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, etc. The patio in front of the house entrance and the roof deck are ideal for sunbathing. On the back patio, there is a large table for eating and playing outside. Underneath the patio, you will find a large walled grill.
