This new villa is situated in a quiet area, 4 km from the old town, but walking distance to all amenities, bus stop and 400 m from the sandy beach. It is set in a small urbanisation of only 4 villas, on a 300 sqm plot and has a size of 90 sqm. In the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bath with large shower, living-dining room, open kitchen and covered, south facing terrace. The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, 1 with 2 singe beds), bath with tub and a large non-covered, south facing terrace with lovely views to the valley and mountain. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold) and electrical shutters. Outside there is a private pool, garden and carport.
