Ferienhaus XXL in Zinnowitz

Das Ferienhaus stand der Beschreibung des Vermieters in nichts nach. Es war prima in Ausstattung und Wohnbehagen.
Leider lieget es direkt an der Straße, so daß es zu einigen Schlafstörungen des nachts schon mal kommen kann. Wenn man das allerdings gewöhnt ist macht das nichts. Ein Auto braucht man nicht unbedingt. Das Feriendomizil ist Ortsnah und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Ich war mit Freunden für ein verlängertes Wochenende da und es war Top.Wen es interessiert, eine Disco ist auch in der Nähe.
Ansonsten kann ich den Vermietern nur ein Lob aussprechen, was den Gesamtzustand des Hauses betrifft.
Da könnte man selbst ansässig werden. Alles in allem ist es einfach nur weiter zu empfhelen. Ich bedanke mich im Namen aller Mitbewohner für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus

Hallo, wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und dieses Haus war perfekt dafür. Im Text steht drin, dass auch 12 Leute reinpassen, aber ich denke, dass es dann schon kuschelig eng wird...
Alles top gepflegt, super netter Kontakt, unbedingt zu empfehlen. Einziger Hinweis: Das Haus liegt nicht in Meer-Nähe, steht aber auch so im Angebot. Zum Strand läuft man mit dem dort vorhandenen Bollerwagen ca 10 Minuten.
Tolles Haus!

entspannte Ferien in einem riesigen Haus

Waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind im August diesen Jahres dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Alles ist da, man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Auch was die Ausstattung für Kleinkinder betrifft, ist alles nötige vorhanden, so dass man nichts mitzuschleppen braucht(Hochstuhl, Reisebett, Bollerwagen, der perfekt den Kinderwagen ersetzt, Schaukel..).
Auch die Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Die Lage an der Bahnstrecke hat uns nicht gestöhrt, da das Bimmeln der Schranken ganz leise ist und die Züge modern. Wenn man ein ganz ruhiges Feriendomizil möchte, sollte man eine andere Unterkunft wählen, da dieses Haus nun mal an der gut befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt. Aber man ist sehr schnell im Ortszentrum und auch am Strand (ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß).

in allen belangen waren die vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.das ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit modernen standarts einderichtet.es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.den kleinen garten mit kinderspielgeräten nutzten wir täglich.wir waren mit 7 erwachsenen und 5 kleinkindern dort. das babybettenproblem wurde ohne weiteres sofort gelöst.prima war, dass es zum einkaufen nur kurze wege gab.den weg zum strand kann man gut zu fuß meistern,auch mit4 kinderwagen.vielen dank für die unbeschwerten tage.wir empfehlen sie jederzeit weiter und hoffen auch angenehme gäste gewesen zu sein..liebe grüße aus strausberg

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für viele Personen

Ende Juni habe ich mit ein paar Freunden unseren Abi/Abschlussurlaub im Ferienhaus in Zinnowitz verbracht.
Uns hat sowohl das Platzangebot im Haus als auch die aufmerksame Haltung der Vermieter sehr gut gefallen.
Der Garten ist schön groß und hat einiges für kleine und auch große Kinder zu bieten. An die Straße und den Zugverkehr kann man sich shcnell gewöhnen.
Schade ist nur, dass der Esstisch nicht genug Platz für 11 personen bietet. So muss man sich zum Essen immer aufteilen.
