This charming villa with private pool is situated in a very calm and idyllic area. It is a delightful house with convenient floor plan and tasteful furnishings. The wonderfully wild and romantic garden, with old pine trees, has the right Mediterranean ambiance. The pool lights provide a romantic atmosphere after sundown and allow one to end summer nights accompanied by a good bottle of Spanish wine. The villa has been furnished with loving care and has an open plan kitchen. From there stairs lead to a small but delightful room with a fireplace. The bright, open plan area in the lower part is equipped with SAT-TV, DVD player and a stereo system. From there one exits to the pool terrace. Two bedrooms with single beds are on the ground floor. The pretty and original 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has a little roof terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. There is one bathroom as well as a shower in one bedroom. A delightful house with convenient floor plan and tasteful furnishings

The summer cottage is in an exclusive residential area at the end of quiet Stichstrasse of Altea la Vella, at the foot of the Sierra de Bérnia (a very nice mountain train which invites to the walking). By the light hillside situation the property is almost unobservable. To Altea la Vella, to the rural district of Altea, one reaches after approx. two kilometres. Altea is a place of full contrasts. Beauty and silence have made this place a paradise for many artists and art craftsmen whose galleries lie in the upper old local core. Below wide streets and the promenade 'Paseo Maritimo' invite for strolling. In six coast kilometres change themselves Steilküste with generous pebble beaches (which have come off famous for her clean water quality). The wide sandy beaches of Benidorm and Calpe are reached in each case after only 10 kilometres. Different fun fairs for the whole family are also in the close Benidorm.
