Photos and Description of this Puerto Pollensa holiday chateau / country house

Can Verga offers space for up to 12 people and is thus also ideal for larger groups or multiple families with children. You enter the house through a cosy terrace with a large dining table. On the ground floor the guest will find three bedrooms (one with complete en suite bathroom), another bedroom, the salon with fireplace and SAT-TV and the completely equipped kitchen with an electric stove, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine available for the guests. The house radiates a special charm through the interior walls that are partially walled with stone. On the first floor you will find three more bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one with two single beds and a bathroom. The views here are enchanting of the wide, partially agriculturally used landscape.

About halfway between Pollensa and the Bay of Pollensa is the Can Verga estate. Already from far away, the sun-yellow facade beams and creates holiday feelings. The owners have renovated the house in multiple phases and adjusted it to modern living needs. However, just as it was in the earlier farming times, guests cannot expect too much luxury on Can Verga. To make up for this, the property attracts through its pure land life and an expansive garden with a large lawn and Mediterranean vegetation. Particularly beautiful is the large pool with Roman step.

sehr schöner gepflegter Garten mit angenehmen Schattenplätzen und großer Pool, Haus innen zweckmäßig eingerichtet, man könnte allerdings Fliegengitter zur Schnakenabwehr des nachts gebrauchen oder eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen, dort war es im August z.t. recht warm, der Service vor Ort lief perfekt, bei Problemen war nach kurzem Telefonat sofort jemand vor Ort zur Reparatur (das Heisswasser lief kurzfristig nicht), regelmäßiger Handtuchwechsel und Bettwäsche, Lage an ruhiger Straße, Strände mit Auto oder Rad schnell erreichbar,ideal auch als Startpunkt für Radfahrer ins Gebirge
