Stylish, renovated romantic apartment (18th century) loft in the heart of the old city (gothic district El-Borne). Ground floor 45 m2. Pedestrian zone. Very peaceful. Ideal for couples. Max. of three people. Behind the Picasso museum. 10 minutes on foot to the beach and harbour. The fashion district for shopping, eat tasty fish and discover the nightlife on foot. 5 minutes on foot from the famous Santa Caterina market, the cathedral & other beautiful attractions of the old city like the Park of Cuidadella where there is a zoo for children. From € 70 per night and € 420 per week (+€ 50 final cleaning). Minimum stay of 3 days. Equipment: 1 double bed** 1 single bed** 1 American kitchen** 2 bathrooms 1 with shower** 2 toilets, 1 small courtyard** 1 television & CD player** Heater, ventilator & hair dryer** Mezzanine 1.75 m high.
