We offer you a new, freshly run familiar resort that was finished in 2007 and equipped with a swimming/baby pool filled with sea water with a private beach, chairs, shower, seating arrangements during the day and the evening on the large patio directly by the sea, and you can enjoy a secure private parking space. The apartment is equipped with TV satellite, air conditioning, kitchenette, 2 stove plates, refrigerator, water cooker, coffee machine, WC shower and balcony with direct view of the sea, so that you can have a relaxing and satisfying holiday, and you can get the rest through the creation of nature with the stunning beauty of the clean, clear Mediterranean Sea and the background of the large mountain Velebite with its unique diversity of animals and plants. If you want rest and relaxation, swimming fun, hiking/walking, mountain climbing, mountain biking/biking, then it is perfect for you here.

The 2 room apartment with about 40m2 is ideal for 2 people, where an additional 1-2 people can sleep! The bedroom and the living room are separated! The bedroom has a double bed (bedsheets included), in the living room area you will find a couch for sitting or you can fold out the couch for 2 more people! This apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV satellite, kitchenette with 2 stove plates (with dishes, cups, glasses and utensils), refrigerator with freezer, water cooker + coffee machine and a dining table+chairs, WC shower (towels and toilet paper included) and laundry stander. And of course, also with a comfortable patio/balcony with a direct view of the sea and mountains.

Our privately led holiday resort has a rather quiet location and it is directly on the sea with a 100% view of the sea with a private beach and chairs, a swimming pool and a beautiful mountain panorama view. A safe car parking space is available for you. The city center is about 800 m from us, where you will find a lot of grocery stores and a market place with fresh vegetables/fruits, and cafes which can be reached easily with a comfortable walk or by bike through a pedestrian path. A lot of different fish, meat and pizza restaurants are free to choose from. The national park entrance is about 4 km from us. The site and the region are located centrally so that you can visit all other national parks with a day excursion and don't forget, the film Winnetou from Karl May was filmed here and in the national parks. The city of Zadar has architecture from Rome/Venetia and Austrian palace of Habsburg.

My family of 5 stayed here 3 nights. Marinko (host) was great, helped arrange a small boat rental for several hours one day. Multiple restaurants and markets shops within 1-3 km of home. Quiet location, yet the road is within 100 meters. Secluded, yet all the comforts of home. About 40 minutes to Zadar, and airport, 10-15 minutes from tollway. Marinko arranged a great dinner for all the guests at the house our last night, and helped other guests with restaurant reservations. Visited the Paklenicia national park, 10 minutes away, fantastic views, and hiking through the gorge.
Laid back location. Not for those that want night life or lots of shopping. Recommend a car if you stay here. We would definitely stay here again!

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub im Adria-Paradies. Es ist nicht zu viel versprochen wenn mann diese Anlage Adria-Paradies nennt. Nach der langen Anreise im Pkw war der erste Anblick ein richtiges Wow-Erlebnis und mann fühlte sich sofort heimisch und in Urlaub. Ein ganz großes Kompliement an den jungen Leiter der Anlage. Immer hilfsbereit und stehts bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Adria Paradies, Starigrad-Paklenica, Kroatien

Per Internet suchten wir diese Unterkunft heraus, weil wir uns aufgrund der Bilder sehr angesprochen fühlten. Vor Ort waren wir nur noch begeistert: die Fotos entsprachen absolut der Realität!! Es ist traumhaft schön, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem kann man in Verbindung mit einem kleinen Spaziergang die Restaurants, Cafes, Marktstände,...besuchen- alles im überschaubaren Rahmen. Trotzdem zog es uns immer wieder in unsere Anlage zurück, um dort auf der Terrasse zu zweit (oder auch in netter Runde mit weiteren Gästen) den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen. Wir haben uns selten so gut erholt wie in dieser sehr familiär geführten Anlage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr um ihre Gäste und deren Wohlergehen bemüht und dabei sehr liebenswert. So genossen wir abwechselnd einen Badetag und dann wieder die schöne nähere und weitere Umgebung ( z.B. Zadar; die Insel Pag, die Plitvicer Seen und den am Ortsrand gelegenen sehr imposanten Nationalpark). Die Tatsache, dass wir innerhalb von 30 Jahren zum ersten Mal ein Urlaubsdomizil direkt zum zweiten Mal buchen , spricht absolut für das Adria-Paradies und deren Besitzer.

Traumurlaub in Kroatien

Traumhafte Aussicht und die Nähe zum Wasser lassen keinen Wunsch übrig.
Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der sich um jeden Gast ausführlich kümmert.Ausstattung und Größe der Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben und für uns (4Personen) ausreichend. Die nähe zu den Nationalparks erlaubt es diese
auf jedenfall zu besuchen. Auch Zadar ist ein Ausflug wert. Super Gaststätten im Dorf und reichhaltiges Essen lassen den Urlaub gelingen. Besonders das Restaurant Bracoc in der mitte des Dofes hat es uns angetan.Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub in Kroatien. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Entspannung pur.

Wer Enspannung sucht ist im Adria genau richtig. Kroatische Gastfreundschaft und Kölner Frohsinn, eine super Kombination.
Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Ist ordentlich und sauber.
Der hauseigene Strand bietet für jeden Urlauber Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Sollte das Meer einmal zu heftig sein steht noch ein Salzwasserpool zur Verfügung.
Das Wasser in Starigrad ist ein himmelblauer Traum.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit das Adria in unserer nächsten Urlaubsplanung wieder aufnehmen.
Ich kann nur sagen weiter so !!!!!
