We offer you a new, freshly run familiar resort that was finished in 2007 and equipped with a swimming/baby pool filled with sea water with a private beach, chairs, shower, seating arrangements during the day and the evening on the large patio directly by the sea, and you can enjoy a secure private parking space. The apartment is equipped with TV satellite, air conditioning, kitchenette, 2 stove plates, refrigerator, water cooker, coffee machine, WC shower and balcony with direct view of the sea, so that you can have a relaxing and satisfying holiday, and you can get the rest through the creation of nature with the stunning beauty of the clean, clear Mediterranean Sea and the background of the large mountain Velebite with its unique diversity of animals and plants. If you want rest and relaxation, swimming fun, hiking/walking, mountain climbing, mountain biking/biking, then it is perfect for you here.

The three room apartment is ideal for 4 people where an additional 1-2 people can sleep! There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (including bedsheets) or also, a bedroom has a double bed and in the other bedroom, there are two separate beds! The living room has a complete kitchen, stove with 4 plates and oven (including dishes, cups, glasses and utensils), refrigerator with freezer, water cooker + coffee machine and a dining table+chairs, and 2 x WC, a shower in only one of the WCs. And these have a comfortable, large patio with a direct view of the sea and mountains without being seen or disrupted by the other guests!

Our privately led holiday resort has a rather quiet location and it is directly on the sea with a 100% view of the sea with a private beach and chairs, a swimming pool and a beautiful mountain panorama view. A safe car parking space is available for you. The city center is about 800 m from us, where you will find a lot of grocery stores and a market place with fresh vegetables/fruits, and cafes which can be reached easily with a comfortable walk or by bike through a pedestrian path. A lot of different fish, meat and pizza restaurants are free to choose from. The national park entrance is about 4 km from us. The site and the region are located centrally so that you can visit all other national parks with a day excursion and don't forget, the film Winnetou from Karl May was filmed here and in the national parks. The city of Zadar has architecture from Rome/Venetia and Austrian palace of Habsburg.

Please leave this empty during august, the more people that find out about this the less chance we have got to go back!! It is a not to be missed vacation spot. Wonderful owner who cannot do enough for you. Views are stunning, pool is great, sea pure blue and calm. Quiet, walm, just a great place. Town is a short walk with more places to eat than you can use. Market is open every day, prices are very cheap. (2009) Oh Marinko will pick you up from the airport if your flying for a very nominal cost around £10.00. Make sure you try the home made wine. Visit now before Croatia joins Europe, before it starts to change. We took the car, Dover to Stuttgart to Sloviena the Croatia. Dont forget to buy car tax discs at boarders. Then Croatia to Austria to Prague to Frankfurt then Calis. The whole 8 days in Croatia was very relaxing and a meat feast not to be missed. I could go on and on but that would spoil the walm relaxing sunshine. Not really one for the teens as theres nothing to do but sizzle and swim. We love it so much I am thinking of buying a boat to moor here for future holidays. Thank you so much for a fantasic time. We will be back. Family F. Hvala vam na prekrasno vrijeme. one week in paradise

We've just returned from a mid Sept holiday and had a great time. The complex is beautifully finished with stunning views of the sea and the mountain range behind. This was actually better than advertised. The apartment was immaculate on our arrival and the beds great for those with back problems. Marinko was simply a god send and made our visit even more enjoyable. The apartments were within 10 mins walking to most of the restaurants (Tip~ try the restaurant Ante, the food was so abundant and delicious we went back 3 times). We were also very close to Paklenica national park which is fantastic for rock climbers and hikers with more epic views. Croatia has become one of our top destinations.

Great holiday, great location, great hosts too.

I dont usually write these, but considering the whole adventure I just had too, our group stayed in one of the apartments, and I would rate the apartment as very good, the overall setting of Adria Paradies was however excellent, very scenic, great sea on your doorstep, it always felt quiet and private, even on the beachside or pool loungers.
An honourable mention to Marinko and his mother who were great hosts, Marinko's help when we had car trouble was above and beyond anything we could of hoped for, and saved us a fortune too by negotiating with the locals for help. All in all you could not find better hosts.
We will almost certainly be back / Matthew & Sasha

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser überaus attraktiven Anlage sehr genossen. Unser Appartement war sehr geräumig und gepflegt; die Betreuung durch die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ausreichend Platz zum Sonnenbaden am Meer und ganz in der Nähe findet man Abwechslung durch einen Besuch im Nationalpark oder durch eine Fahrt über's Meer mit dem Jetski. In den nahe liegenden Restaurants (ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt) haben wir die köstlich zubereiteten Fische und Meeresfrüchte genossen. Wir können diese kleine Urlaubsanlage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
