kompl. ausgestattet,sehr ruhig und gepflegt

Wir fanden eine absolut komplett ausgestattete, sehr ruhige und äußerst gepflegte FeWo vor. Dieses trifft auch auf das gesamte Grundstück zu, dass im Sommer auch mitgenutzt werden kann (grillen, oder einfach relaxen). Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb ca: 5 Min erreichbar, wie etwa Bäcker, diverse Restaurants oder Verbrauchermärkte.
PKW kann direkt am Objekt kostenfrei abgestellt werden.
Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprachen dem Vorgefundenen. Das Objekt ist nicht für mehr als 3 Personen oder "Partyliebende" geeignet. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war unauffällig aber liebevoll, und dadurch sehr angenehm. Zu empfehlen sind die "Spandau-Arkaden" (Einkaufstempel) sowie die Spandauer Altstadt, die beide per Bus innerhalb ca: 15 Min erreicht werden. Auch wer Fahrradfahren mag, kommt auf seine Kosten: das gesamte Fahrradnetz in Berlin ist gut ausgebaut.
Fazit: wer gerne ruhig wohnt, ca: 25 Minuten Busfahrt in die Berliner City nicht scheut, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

meine frau und ich waren vom 15.6.09 bis zum 25.6.09 gäste in dieser fewo.
wir haben schon viele fewos gehabt. aber so eine schöne haben wir noch nie erlebt. die wohnung entspricht allen punkten und übertrifft sie sogar. die vermieter sind sehr freundlich und während unseres urlaubs haben wir sie nur punktuelle gesehn. der gartenanteil für die fewo iss sehr gross und man kann in gut geniessen
die ausstattung ist mehr als das was man von fewos sonst gewohnt ist.
wenn wir nochmal nach berlin kommen dann sicher wieder hierher.
3 minuten sind es zur bushaltestelle. und von da hat man ab spandau rathaus alles im griff

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wir waren mit unserer 4-jährigen Tochter vom 24.5. - 28.5.2009 in dieser sehr liebevoll und komplett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, auch für unsere Kleine lagen schon Stifte, Malbuch und was Süßes bereit. Wir haben ein gepflegtes Grundstück mit einem schönen Ferienhaus vorgefunden, wo man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt. Auch das Grundstück kann mit Gartenmöbeln mit genutzt werden. In der Ferienwohnung sind sogar Handtücher, Küchentücher und Bettwäsche im Preis inbegriffen, ansonsten ist auch an alles gedacht. Das Auto konnte direkt am Grundstück abgestellt werden, da man in ca. 5 min am Bus ist, damit schnell zur S- und U-Bahn und dann direkt in die Stadtmitte Berlin kommt. Der Belegungskalender war aktuell, die Buchung war problemlos, ein Anruf genügte,
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Es war alles super !!!

Wir haben ein sehr gemütliches, sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit hübschem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung vorgefunden und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Angaben in dem Online-Inserat entsprachen voll dem Vorgefundenen. Hervorheben möchte ich die ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, die weit über dem liegt, was normalerweise üblich ist!!! Die Erreichbarkeit von Ausflugzielen ist hervorragend. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man überall schnell hin. Empfehlenswert auch für einen Urlaub ohne Auto. Und falls doch: eine Kfz-Abstellmöglichkeit befindet sich direkt vor dem Grundstück. Auch die Mitnahme von Fahrrädern empfiehlt sich, denn ein Radweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Unseren Vermietern danken wir nochmals für den freundlichen Empfang, die Naschereien und Getränke sowie die Ostertüte für unseren Sohn bei der Abreise. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen.
