Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, die Ausstattung, die Freundlichkeit des Vermieterehepaares, und einfach das ganze Umfeld sind perfekt (schöne ruhige Gegend) und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung selbst hat einen sep.Eingang, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden.
Man findet sich im Wohngebiet etwas schwierig zum Haus,aber durch die sehr gute Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters (wir hatten vor der Anreise telefonischen Kontakt aufgenommen) kommt man trotzdem gut ans Ziel. Einziger Nachteil ist der lange Weg zur U-Bahn, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, aber hat man eine Tages-oder Hamburgcard,kann man mit dem Bus bis zur U-Bahnstation fahren, oder wie wir, gleich die 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.Parkmöglichkeiten sind in einer Nebenstraße vor der U-Bahnstation vorhanden (Parkbuchten im Seitenstreifen der Straße)!
Sollten wir wieder einmal Hamburg einen Besuch abstatten, dann werden wir diese FeWo ganz sicher wieder mieten, und können sie auch ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen!

in dieser wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. was an der ausstattung (handtücher, geschirrtücher, seife, duschgel, etc.), der sauberkeit und der herzlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft der vermieter lag. die ruhige wohngegend und der tolle garten habens uns auch angetan.
der einzige wermutstropfen ist die etwas lange fahrt in die innenstadt (ca. 30 minuten), aber wenn man sich gut organisiert ist das auch gut zu schaffen (mit kleinkind; ansonsten sowieso).
