The Villa Mango Bay, built in 2001, comes with all the comfort you would expect, including air conditioning. Located in the prestigious Rose Garden/Tarpon Point area, on a wide saltwater canal the villa has its own boat and sun dock for your private use. In only a few minutes you will get to the Caloosahatchee-River with the motorboat belonging to the house. The beautiful pool (9 m x 5 m), comes with electric heater and spa/whirlpool. The household is generously equipped for 6 people. There is nothing we don't have! In our big living room with technical equipment such as a cable TV, VCR and CD-player etc. there is also a cozy sitting area. Just next to this is the kitchen and the dining area. Furthermore there are three comfortable bedrooms an 2 bathrooms. In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there a telephone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
