A place of tranquillity and meditation is offered to you in this house in a stunning terrace location on the southern slope of the Grézac. The house is on the ground level and offers 1000 m² living space, a large living room (50 m²), two bedrooms, a bathroom (with WC, shower, tub and washing machine), a guest WC and a completely equipped kitchen. All rooms can be electrically heated, comfortably furnished and allow for year-round living. The TV in the living room offers programs in French and German. The location offers a breathtaking panorama view and invites you to sunbathe and to unwind in refreshing shade. The small city Lodeve is located 120m below the house. Here you can still experience the typical life in the French Languedoc. The Lac du Salagou is only a few minutes drive away, a day excursion to the sea (60 km), to the wild rivers Tarn and Orb, the fortresses of Katerer or the heights of Roquefort give you an unforgettable holiday.

Nearest Airport: Montpellier at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A 75 at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 55 Kilometres

The house is located above the city of Lodeve, but still belongs to the city. 15 km north of Lac du Salagou, 55 km from the sea, Cap d'Agde. 30 km to the wonderful bridges of Millau. Good connection to the big city Montpellier (40 km). Can be reached through the highway in 30 minutes. Lodeve can be reached from the south through the A9 (shorter from Germany) or directly from the north through the new highway A 75 (less from Germany Péage).

Das Haus ist sehr schön, hat eine super Lage. Der Blick von der Terasse ist einfach grandios. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist absolut ok. Zusätzlich bietet es einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für allerlei Unternehmungen im schönen Languedoc.
Insgesamt ist dieses Feriendomizil empfehlenswert.
