It is a completely newly built house with a large terrace above the Hörnshylter fjord (Asnen), connected with the famous lake Asnen and Mörrumsan (river). Very good possibilities to go on boat and canoe tours. Fishing in front of the door. Boat and canoe are included in the price. In the house you will find a completely equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a panorama view of the lake. German SAT-TV and Swedish, DVD and CD player available.

The holiday home is located in Smaland with a lot of lakes, but also not far from the Baltic Sea (40 km). In Karlshamn (40 km), the closest larger city, there is also a nice nightlife during the summer. Shopping facilities and almost everything that you need 1 km away. The house was newly built in 2006-2007.
