A nice, central, 2-bedroom apartement 63 qm, 5. floor (building with 6 stories) near the sandy beach. Corner position, sheltered spacious loggia. Sensational sea view of livingroom and loggia accross the whole frontside: Line of view La Gomera. Each room with window. A comfortable sofa unit in the livingroom. Kitchen with big fridge and ceran cooker. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Nice tendered site with spacious, recently renewed swimmingpool. Tennis court, communal parking area. Fruit+vegetable-store with fresh island goods. Very good infrastructure in the vicinity. By foot you reach the sandy beach within 5 minutes. A tropical park is accross the small peaceful street. The beach promenade leads to Los Christianos. Nearby you can find the Siampark (founded by the owner of the Loropark in North-Tenerife). Long term residents welcome.

Central location by a little peaceful street. Beach on foot in ca. 5 minutes. Parks around. The Siampark is reachable within some minutes (Founded of the owner of the Loropark in the North). A lot of nice golf courses, diving schools in close surroundings, the harbor of Los Christianos with the ferry to La Gomera about 15 minutes by car. A marina dominated by yachts nearby at the promenade. Car renting around. By car you can go to the vulcano valley.

Die Lage der Wohnung (zentral und doch mit nur wenig Lärm) ist für alle Aktivitäten rund um Las Americas (Baden, Faulenzen, Bummeln,Wandern, Ausflüge) perfekt. Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten durch einen kleinen Park zu erreichen. Der zentrale Busbahnhof (auch mit Verbindung zum Airport) ist mehr oder weniger vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Balkon ist aufgrund der unverbauten Aussicht auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel La Gomera "eine Klasse für sich".

Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Verwalter kann gute Tipps zum Umfeld (Restaurants Supermärkte etc.) geben.

Insbesondere eine Restaurantempfehlung soll hier nochmals ausdrücklich genannt werden:

Restaurante MARAJU fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten von der Wohnung (in Richtung Hauptverkehrsstraße) entfernt. Von außen nicht gerade auffällig aber mit einer Top-Qualität und einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. ("Geheimtipp": Paella).
