This beautiful waterfront residence is truly outstanding because of its stunning location on a 350 feet wide saltwater canal in Cape Corals Yacht Club.The house was completely updated and renovated in 2006. The open waters can be reached by boat in a few minutes, wild Dolphins and Manatees love this basin and are regular guests, with some luck you can watch them play from your backyard. The house has approx. 220 sqm air conditioned living area, four bedrooms, large living room, dining room, two bathrooms and an open kitchen provides plenty of room for up to 8 people. From almost all the rooms you have breathtaking views over pool and patio and tropical garden down to the water. The oversized boatdock with lift overlooking the 'Lagoon' will provide waterfront living at its best. Here you can sunbathe, fire up the grill, fish, or just relax in your hammock watching the absolutely breathtaking sunsets.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
