Wir haben die Wohnung im Frühjahr 2009 besucht und fanden die Lage gleich ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und auch angenehme Restaurants sind nicht weit weg. Der kurze Weg zur Strandpromenade spricht natürlich auch für sich.
