Our first-class holiday home, which was built in 2006 as a semi-detached building in 1.5 floors, combines wood and brick. From the ground floor one can enjoy the fantastic view at the surrounding and the sea. The house is situated in the holiday-home area of Marina Minde near Gråsten from where you can reach a nice harbour in 200m distance and the golf course of Benniksgård in 6km distance. The Danish-German border is 14km away and the beautiful historic town of Flensburg with its harbour and the various shopping facilities is 20km away. Danfoss Universe, the science and adventure park, and the amusement park Sommerland Syd are situated in only 30km distance as well. Inside the house is furnished in a very modern style and equipped comfortably. A whirlpool, a washing machine and a tumble drier belong to the commodities of the house.
