'The Fairway' is situated close to the Piazza Mazzini at the Viareggio. The first floor, with lift, has two balconies, marble floors and bathroom and is soundproof. Private and roofed garage. Shops and restaurants are located within walking distance.

Wir haben das Apartment schon 2x gebucht. Es ist zentral gelegen, ein paar Minuten (zu Fuß) zum Meer oder in die Stadtmitte.
Nahversorger um die Ecke, Bäckerei im Haus!
Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung der Vermieterin, welche sehr nett ist und im nächsten Ort wohnt.
Die Parkgarage ist ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Da in der gleichen Häuserzeile auch eine Bar ist, ist es am Abend/ in der Nacht häufig etwas laut.
