Both of the apartments are located in a house in a peaceful location with a beautiful view of the landscape. They are ideal for 10-12 people that want to enjoy the property with the new pool. Shopping and eating can be done in Camaiore (30,000 residents) about 1 km away. To the famous beaches of Versilia it is 12 km by boat. The furnishing is made of beautiful wood furniture typical for the region. The property is secluded. Altogether 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both of the kitchens are well equipped and have a dining room and a separate living room. Both of the house halves have satellite TV and a private fireplace. The pool is in operation from 15.05 to 20.09. A family-friendly offer.

The well-known beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta - the coastal city, Pisa and Lucca are all 20 to 30 minutes away. Beautiful hiking paths in the Garfagnana with waterfalls and caves. Florence, the Chianti regin, S. Gimignano, Siena, Cinque Tierre and Portofino can be reached in 1 to 2 hours. The climate of Versilia is affected by its close proximity to the sea, mild during the winter and comfortable - not too hot - during the summer. There are all types of excursion options. The small surrounding cities offer culinary and cultural enjoyments. The vilages of Peralla, Pedona and Montebello are just a few examples.
