Our detached vacation house at the Northdutch coast, between Alkmaar and the Helder in St. Maarten, distinguishes itself through his/its informal atmosphere and the high comfort. This about 85 m² big house is big property on an almost 400 m² garden and has in the ground-floor over one residential - / dining-area with open chimney, Cable-TV, DVD-Player, LCD-TV, satellite-installation, mini-stereo (mp3) as well as an open mounting-kitchen with microwave and big refrigerator. Hall, bathrooms with even-earthy shower, washing-, and dry-machine as well as an iron and iron-board. Two sleep-sofas (with slat-rust) still are additional existing. 3 dormitories are in the top floor. The bedroom has a full-massive. Team7-doublebed, a child's bed as well as a roller-edition at its disposal. The one nursery shows two ‘Team7-beds', while a ‘Hülsta' is the third room - double bed. An additional toilet also exists. And now with Highspeed-Internet (W-LAN), telephone and fax, beach hut and energy gratis.

  • The energy costs are contained in the rent. Only 85 cents (100 Cent in 2010) per person and overnight stay fall as cure-taxi and only 45 Euro (50 in 2010) as end-cleaning. 6 high-quality bicycles (Gudereit+Kettler) as well as two child-wheels (20+24') can for only 45 Euro (65 in 2010) during the entire stay is booked. Now you get inclusiv a child trailer (Chariot) for two kids.
  • Also contained in the cost is the telephone, fax and the internet access. You only must pay the call-charge.
    The beach hut is also free.

Furthermore will be an exclusive luxury kitchen with Miele applliancdes installed, so the cooking enthusiasts there the cooking lovers will enjoy. If you will already booked for 2010 we can request an overview of the kitchen as well as the already-purchased Miele appliances in our query. A high-quality mirror-closet with sub-closet and a new sink than integrative solution with much jam-area is in the bathroom.

Notes: Pets are because of an allergy of our son's unfortunately (!) don't allow. A Tretford-carpet (nature-hair) was laid out additionally. Consequently, also Allergic will feel especially well in this house. An independent Prepaid-Karte in the house prevents expensive Roaming-Fee. A new outside-illumination lets the house appear in a splendid ambience also in the evening.

The driving route: From Dortmund as far as to our vacation house, you drive about 3 hours. Here, the way is to be recommended over Arnheim, Utrecht, Amsterdam and Alkmaar: A 2 until Oberhausen, then A3 direction Arnheim, in the Netherlands becomes the A3 to the A12 direction of Utrecht, in Utrecht changes on the A2 direction Amsterdam, shortly before Amsterdam changes on the A9 direction Schiphol Haarlem Amstelveen. The A9 following until Alkmaar, then the N9 until St. Maartensvlotbrug, then direction St. Maarten.

The region: The western coast-region of the province Noord-Holland situated at the North Sea distinguishes itself through her/its/their beautiful and colourful flower-fields. They wide and fine-grained sandy beaches can compete with each beach in Europe. Beautiful coast-cities like Egmond, Schoorl, Callantsoog, Julianadorp or the artist-city mountains offer a beautiful alternation with their promenades to the sunbath. The golf-stream past flowing at the coast creates a very mild climate, even in the winter. The central situation to the west-Frisian islands or the Ijsselmeer with his/its splendid cities Hoorn and Enkhuizen as well as the nearby located metropolis Amsterdam, offers a maximum at alternation. The statistics expel the North-Dutch coast-region as they with most sun-hours.

Das Ferienhaus in dem wir eine Woche Urlaub verleben konnten ist ein Traum! Bei der Ankunft tadellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Edel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einfach toll. In diesem Haus vermisst man nichts. Es ist an alles gedacht, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alle Beschreibungen sind gut durchdacht. Man muss sich um nichts Gedanken machen. Die Fahrräder sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Man findet wirklich alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht.
Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Urlaub und das "Sorglos-Domizil"!

Alle Angaben waren super genau und gut, das Haus war in einem Top Zustand, wir wurden nett betreut und waren auch gut vorbereitet. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen und werde es auch im Bekanntenkreis tun.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut durch den Vermieter geplant. Anfahrtbeschreibung, Routen vor Ort und Hausbeschreibung waren sehr genau und leicht verständlich. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit luxuriösem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Die Technik- Ecke (LCD-Fernseher, Satelliten-TV und Radio, DVD) ist sehr effektiv gestaltet. Informationsmaterial im Haus für Ausflüge und Einkaufen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche hat im Gegensatz zu vielen professionellen und sehr teuren Vermietern immense Vorteile zu bieten ( u.a. sehr gute Töpfe und Pfannen. Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Besteck sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ein super Kühlschrank und eine tolle Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls da. Alle Küchenwerkzeuge sind in einwandfreiem Zustand).
Schlafräume: Die Betten knarren nicht. Fliegenrollos funktionieren. Ausreichend Platz in den Schränken. Gute Betten. Außenbereich: Super Gartenmöbel. Da kann man im Sommer auch mal den Nachbarn zum Grillen einladen! Fahrräder sind gut gepflegt, Grill haben wir leider nicht mehr genutzt, sah aber auch gut aus. Wir haben bisher noch nie ein Ferienhaus gehabt, das eine Miele-Waschmaschine und auch noch einen Miele-Trockner hatte. Meine Frau hatte ihre helle Freude daran.
Insgesamt gesehen ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer sehr schönen Region. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns für eine sehr schöne Woche in Holland.

Ausgezeichnetes Sonnenblumenhaus

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus bedanken. Die Einrichtung der Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen und alle haben sich in dem schön möblierten Sonnenblumenhaus (so haben es unsere Kinder sofort genannt) sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Auch die Hinweise zu Supermärkten, Einrichtung und Annehmlichkeiten sind sehr präzise und hilfreich. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und einen weiteren Urlaub in ihrem konfortablem Ferienhaus verbringen.

Urlaub mit Angelerfolg

Liebe Familie Nölle,
wir haben das Haus vom 23.05.-30.05.2009 angemietet und wir haben es auch so angetroffen, wie es beschrieben ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt und wir haben uns dementsprechend sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt.
Das Wetter war prima und der von mir im See des angrenzenden Campingplatzes gefangene Karpfen von ca. 20 Pfund wurde nach geschossenen Erinnerungsfoto´s auch von mir wieder im See frei gelassen.
Die Gegend ist schön und die gut ausgebauten und beschilderten Radwege laden zum Radeln und auch zum Wandern ein.
Auch in den Städtchen läßt sich gut bummeln.
Alles in allem ist Holland eine Reise wert und wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
