In a few minutes, you can be on the world-famous Venice boardwalk or Abbot Kinney Boulevard with its shops, galleries and restaurants - either on foot or by bicycle. Entertainment, sport options and shopping cannot be beat. In addition to 100% cotton and down bedding, this apartment offers the newest high-tech equipment like: flat screen TV with cable, DVD/CD entertainment system & wireless high speed internet.

There is no through traffic, because you are on a peninsula between Venice Beach and Marina del Rey - walk 50 meters to the extremely wide and peaceful beach - minutes by bicycle or car from all attractions the city of Los Angeles has to offer. Santa Monica can be reached in 10 minutes. Downtown Los Angeles in 25 minutes. The restaurants of Venice Beach can be reached on foot over the beach. Bicycle and surfboard rental on the beach. Museums like the Getty or Moca and concert houses like Disney hall can be reached in less than 20 minutes. We recommend excursions to Catalina Island. San Diego with its 'Wild Animal Park' and the coastal streets to the south offer new destinations for an adventure. Joshua Tree, Mammoth Mountain or the wine country around Santa Barbara can also be reached in a few hours.

The third sleeping accommodation is in the living room in the form of a pull out couch. Mein bester Kumpel und ich haben in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen dieses sehr gut gelegene Urlaubsdomizil besucht. Die Beschreibung entspricht zu 100% der Wahrheit. Wir haben eine sehr ordentliche und gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden. Es hat an fast nichts gemangelt, bis auf die Topflappen vielleicht ;). DIe haben wir aber inzwischen angeschafft.

Dir Lage der Wohnung könnte besser kaum sein. Direkt am ca. 100 meter breiten Sandstrand und nur wenige Auto-Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Auch mit den Nachbarn gabs keine Probleme. Allerdings war durch die Lage in direkter Nachbarschaft zum LAX die Lärmbelästigung wie erwartet hoch. Am besten ein paar Ohropacks mitnehmen.

Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war stets gut. Wir konnten ihn jederzeit anrufen und selbst Packetbestellungen wurden für uns angenommen und vorbei gebracht. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür Marcus.

Ich kann diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Ideale Strandlage

Wir waren mit unserere Familie für zwei Wochen im August in L.A.. Die Wohnung liegt so nah am Strand, dass wir immer in Badehose zum Meer gehen konnten. Auch nach einem langen Tag auf Achse, sind wir abends nochmal ins Wasser gesprungen. Das war die ideale Erholung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Super sind auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Der Vermieter hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Ein Auto ist in L.A. sehr empfehlenswert. L.A. ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!
