Die Wohnung entspricht in vollem Umfang den Angaben der sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter und ist sauber und gepflegt. Die geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung und die komplette Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Tagesticket für bis zu 5 Personen incl. 1. Klasse-Zuschlag kostet 10,35 EUR) ist nicht zu übertreffen: U-Bahn Linie 1 direkt gegenüber, Schnellbusse (klimatisiert) Linie 35 direkt vor dem Haus, Linie 36 in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Die zentrale Lage bedingt zwar kräftigen Verkehrslärm, dieser ist aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ausgeblendet. Von den Besucherparkplätzen war während unseres 9-tägigen Aufent-haltes jederzeit mindestens einer frei.
Als Ausgangspunkt für die intensive Erkundung der sehens-werten Stadt Hamburg können wir die Eilbek-Suite nur empfeh-
len. Durch den vorhandenen Fahrstuhl auch für ältere Gäste geeignet, die vielleicht nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind.
Wer sich trotz der kompletten Küche nicht täglich selbst verpflegen möchte, findet im direkten Umfeld italienische, griechische, türkische und deutsche Küche.
