Ort gut, Fewo ohne Schallschutz

die lage der ferienwohnung ist gut, direkt am see und unweit der areitbahn. jedoch ist der schallschutz des gebäudes absolut mangelhaft, so was würde in deutschland nie durchgehen.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Die Wohnung wird seit über zehn Jahren vermietet und ist bisher von keinem Gast auf mangelhaften Schallschutz beanstandet worden. Durchgangs- und Zugverkehr im Ort werden selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern,aufgrund der Entfernung, nicht als störend empfunden
Da sich die Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus befindet bleibt es nicht aus, dass hier und da Geräusche entstehen, die für Alleinwohnende ungewohnt sind.
Es ist eine Frage der Sensibilität wie der einzelne Gast mit ungewohnten Geräuschen umgeht.
Da das Haus schon einige Jahre alt ist wird es auch nicht mehr den neuesten Schallschutzbestimmungen entsprechen.
