The holiday apartment for 2 people has 50 m² and is completely equipped. The living room has a couch, SAT-TV and a dining room. The kitchen is separated from the living room through a walled bar. Bedroom with a double bed and a shower-bath. The windows of the house are equipped with mosquito blinds and nets so that you can sleep with opened windows. Terrace with chairs and sun loungers. Good Majorcan restaurants are found nearby. The urbanisation of Son Gual is centrally located, 15 km from Palma, no tourism and can be reached easily through the Palma-Manacor highway. The first-class new golf course Son Gual can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. In about 10 minutes you will find the nearest city of Algaida. There you will find supermarkets, banks and a weekly market.

The urbanisation of Son Gual is very centrally located. Within 20 minutes you can reach the island capital of Palma and the beach Playa de Palma. The stunning natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in 40 minutes. You need 15 minutes to get to the Majorca airport. From Son Gual you can start on ideal island cruises. Thus, in 20 minutes you can get to the picturesque cities of St. Maria del Cami (large weekly market on Sundays) or Sineu. In about 30 minutes you can reach the cities of Deia or Valdemosa. The closest city is Algaida. On the way there you will find good Majorcan restaurants and a leatherwear factory.
