Loft with gallery, roof balcony: 5 minutes by car to the new exhibition hall in Munich or one by the subway station. The apartment is only 6.5 km from 'Marienplatz'. Munich city can be reached in 12 minutes directly by subway. An entire floor with 120 m2 + 20 m2 gallery with sleeping area, exclusively furnished, altogether 140 m2. 3 x large double bed 1 x single bed + large open kitchen with bar + living room with leather couch suite with LCD-flat TV and DVD recorder + dining room / conference area (Table 2.80 m for up to 8 people) + Area with desk and internet connection DSL Ceramic floors, heated flooring, ideal for those suffering from allergies. During summer weekends, we offer a sailing option on the Starnberger See for fans of wood yachts.

Fantastic accommodation

We could not speak more highly of this property. It was spotless, beautifully furnished with attention to detail. The kitchen was very well-equipped even with an espresso machine (which was already brewing when we arrived!). The woodwork throughout the apartment was exquisite, and we later learned that it had all been done by the owner who is a very talented carpenter. The owners are very friendly and willing to help with details about sights, nearest shops etc. There were thoughtful touches like toys for our young children to play with and also books for them to read.
There is a small mistake in the description of this property- there are in fact three bedrooms, making this ideal for a family or even a group of friends. It is such a spacious apartment, with so many seating areas that you never feel cramped and can always find a quiet corner if you feel so inclined.
Finally, the location is ideal for those wishing to explore both Munich and the exquisite sights of Greater Bavaria. It is very close to the autobahns but also a few minutes' drive from the town centre. If we were to go back to Munich, we would book this apartment again without any hesitation.

Außerordentlich geschmackvoll ausgestattete, großzügige, perfekt gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Man merkt, dass die Vermieterin Architektin ist. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superschöne gut gepflegte, großzügige Unterkunft für die ganze Familie.
Absolut weiter zu empfehlen und wird auf jeden Fall auch für den nächsten Münchenaufenthalt (soweit verfügbar) gebucht.
Alles vorhanden was man für einen Städtekurztrip braucht und nicht unbedingt selbst mitnehmen möchte (Föhn, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.).
