Holidaymakers like cottage Nenez Hom. They like its nicely planted and well kept garden. Next spring and for the first time, a recently planted mimosa tree will blossom, followed by camellia bushes and heather (see photo of the garden). The garden - 2300 sqm is enclosed for the safety of kids and pets. The surroundings are utmost quiet and with very nice hilly countryside view, the best for rest and well-being. There is a bakery 400m away. The small town Clohars-Carnoët is 3 km away - there you find Doctors if needed, a chemist and all shops necessary for daily needs. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished and there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles - 1 twin). The sitting and dining-room is open plan. The kitchen has good quality units with marble work-tops. The sink units are stainless steel. The bathroom has a shower and two wash-basins. Separate WC .Outside there is a Patio with a barbecue and garden furniture. 500 meter away, the river Laïta for a very nice walk along its bank.

A stylish cottage in a large enclosed and tastefully planted garden. This well proportioned property is in a quiet position surrounded by unspoiled countryside. The river Laïta is 500 yards away and the superb sandy beaches of Le Pouldu can be reached in just- over a mile. There are many sports and leisure activities including sailing, swimming, fishing, riding, golf, walking, cycling and tennis. The resorts of Quimperle, Lorient, Guidel offer a wide range of shops and restaurants. Clohars-Carnoet, the local resort has a weekly open air street market - a local bakery is near by. By boat you can reach the isles like Belle-Isle, Groix, Les Glénans. You can also have a look to the numerous paintings Galleries in Pont-Aven where the famous painter Gauguin created his 'School' at the end of the XIXth century. If you like 'Crèpes' you have a famous Crèperie in Quimperle called Ty Gwetchall
