The Casa Alma is lone standing, surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees and old trees. There is an open, a covered and a roof terrace. From your terraces you can look at the sea and enjoy the day in undisturbed tranquillity. The house has two air conditioned bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds). 2 bathrooms, a shower and tub bathroom are also available. Of course, you will also find a completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and in front of this is also another beautiful, romantic terrace. Of course, there is also a grill outside. Awaiting you inside is a separate, cosy television room with an open fireplace and a living-dining room. There is also a dressing room with an additional sofa bed available.

Cala Murada is a small city with about 600 single family homes, 2 small bays, one of which is the Tropicana with a beach and you can see far out into the sea, the second, the Cala Murada, also has a beach, but it is not very comfortable getting there because of the big stones. However, in Cala Murada there is a nice beach bar. The path down is about 10 minutes and up about 15 minutes, depending on your conditioning. In the city you will find 7 restaurants that offer very tasty and inexpensive day menus (from € 8.00 - € 15.00, there is a good selection of appetizers and main dishes, dessert, 1/2 bottle of wine and mineral water per person). Then we have Sol y Vida, it has a great location and a really great kitchen, really sophisticated gastronomy. The cook must have Michelin stars, the price is naturally respective to this.

Urlaub in einer Oase

Wir waren im Spätsommer für eine Woche in dieser tollen Villa in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von Cala Murada. Zur Begrüßung stand Kuchen und frischer Kaffee von der Vermieterin bereit. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause und nicht wie zahlender Urlauber. Das Haus bietet mit seinem Charme genügend Platz um sich zu erholen und es fällt schwer, sich für eine der schönen Terrassen zum Frühstück oder dem Glas Wein am Abend zu entscheiden. Auch der gepflegte und mit großem Palmenbestand angelegte Garten fasziniert. Leider war die Zeit zu schnell vorbei - aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Von der Beantwortung unserer Anfrage und der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur nachgesandten Jacke, die wir vergessen hatten, lief alles sehr angenehm freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Die Beschreibung von Casa Alma und die bisherigen Beurteilungen entsprachen voll dem, was wir vorgefunden hatten. Wir (2 Erwachsenenpaare) haben schöne 2 Wochen in Casa Alma verbracht. Ob in der Sonne oder im Schatten , die drei Terrassen bieten Abwechslung und Entspannung sowie Ruhe. Unsere Lieblingsterrasse war die, die als eine der romantischen Terrassen abgebildet ist. Der Blick auf den Garten, Frühstück oder Mittag- und Abendessen unter Palmen und die sehr bequemen und schönen Gartenmöbel hatten es uns angetan. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, deshalb hatten wir viel Spaß beim Kochen und die Spülmaschine gut genutzt. Vielen lieben Dank an unsere Vermieterin für den Frühstücksempfang, dem gefüllten Kühlschrank, für die Flasche Sekt, Lichtkerzen und und und ;0)

Schöne 10 Tage in Cala Murada!

Wir wurden mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und frischem Kaffee und dem Kühlschrank voller Getränke herzlich von unserer netten Vermieterin empfangen. Das schöne und gepflegte Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit netter und kinderfreundlicher Nachbarschaft bot reichlich Platz für uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und später auch unseren Besuch (ein Erwachsener und ein Kind) und war mit allem Nützlichen ausgestattet. Der Garten bot den Kindern Platz zum Spielen und Toben und die Terassen uns einen Ort der Entspannung, so dass wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter (und davon gab es leider zu viel diesen September) den Urlaub genießen konnten! Die Bucht von Cala Murada, die zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist für Kinder vollkommen ausreichend und war im September auch angenehm leer. Andere Strände wie Es Trenc, Cala Mondrago etc. sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die zwei Supermärkte vor Ort bieten eine kleine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und frischem Brot; für Großeinkäufe sollte man aber, schon wegen des Preisunterschieds, einen großen Supermarkt wie in Felanitx vorziehen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Casa Alma liegt umgeben von einem paradiesischen Garten mit Blick ins Grüne, sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Es fehlte uns an nichts und die Vermieterin war äußerst entgegenkommend und freundlich (Empfang mit Suppe und kalten Getränken, sowie anderen Snacks). Trotz Hitzewelle konnten wir es in dem schönen Garten immer gut aushalten. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in un- mittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Erholsame Ferien

Als langjährige Cala Murada Reisende haben wir schon viele Häuser kennengelernt. Keines hat uns so begeistert, wie Casa Alma. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert und ausgesprochen freundlich. Ein schön gedeckter Frühstückstisch hat uns bei unserer Ankunft empfangen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Räumlichkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen. 3 bzw. 4 Terassen bieten jederzeit Sonne oder Schatten. Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit dem Wetter, umso mehr haben wir die Vorzüge der Heizung genossen. Wir würden das Haus für 4 Erwachsenen und 1-2 Kinder empfehlen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder in Casa Alma einkehren.
