- sehr guter Empfang, Einweisung
- sehr gute Ausstattung
- sehr sauber und gepflegt
- sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kinder, da 50 m ein Spielplatz ist
- 7 min bis zum sauberen Strand
- innerhalb von 5 min ist alles zu erreichen z.B. Minigolfplatz, sehr großer Spielplatz und viele Restaurants

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nur zu empfehlen. In 50 m Entfernung befindet sich eine Kinderspielplatz und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (auch sonntags geöffnet). Ebenfalls in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß befindet sich ein Hallenbad (Therme). Eine Waschmaschine gibt es leider nicht aber im Ort befindet sich ein Waschsalon. Schön wäre ein DVD-Player gewesen aber sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
